As part of our mission in support of implementation of The Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Act "Till Bill". We are asking support across the country to bring potential witnesses, victim's family members and communities together to cooperate with law enforcement in conducting the investigations of All Unsolved Civil Rights Murders From 1970 and before.
